Practical guidance for using FarrierFlow in the field and keeping your local records available.

Updated October 9, 2026

Requirements

FarrierFlow requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later.

Using FarrierFlow

FarrierFlow connects clients, horses, service locations, appointments, completed visits, hoof photographs, invoices, payment status, and follow-up. Start with an appointment, review the horse's history, record the work once, and carry that record forward through billing and the next visit.

FarrierFlow Pro

FarrierFlow Pro is an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers can start with a 14-day introductory trial. Apple displays your local subscription price and currency before purchase.

Restore or manage a subscription

Use Restore Purchases inside FarrierFlow after reinstalling the app or when access does not reflect an active App Store subscription. Billing and cancellation are managed through Apple's native subscription controls.

Manage subscriptions with Apple

After Pro expires

Existing locally stored records, photographs, history, and existing invoice PDF generation and sharing remain available in read-only mode. Ordinary business-record and photograph changes require an active verified Pro entitlement.

FarrierFlow uses Apple's Standard Terms of Use.

Business currency

FarrierFlow supports USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, ZAR, and TRY for business records. Choose your currency during setup; it is used for services, invoices, payments, PDFs, and exports.

FarrierFlow does not convert amounts between currencies. To protect existing totals, currency becomes locked once services or financial records exist.

Hoof photographs

To add hoof photographs, allow Camera access or choose the photo library when prompted. If camera access was denied, open iPhone Settings, select FarrierFlow, and allow Camera access. FarrierFlow also explains when a camera is unavailable.

Your FarrierFlow data

FarrierFlow stores business records and photographs locally on your iPhone. Keep the device backed up using the operating-system backup method you trust. Device migration can copy application data. Deleting a record, photograph, the app, or its device data may permanently remove local information when no recoverable backup exists.
